The accused is standing trial on a one-count charge of murder.
The prosecutor, Insp. Rita Momoh, told the court that the accused was an employee of a restaurant at No. 20 Salami Bashorun St., Ijeshatedo, Lagos.
Momoh said that on February 23, 2012 at about 11a.m, the deceased, Chibuike Onyekachi, 24, had gone to the restaurant to eat.
